Ceiling Grid System

The sealing grid consists of die-cating, aluminum molded bars for bonding. The structure of the clean room ceiling is equipped with clean equipment such as Fan Filter Unit, HEPA/ULPA Filter, Blind Panel, and partitions to control the air flow. The standard specification of the sealing grid is a structure in which 1200×600 mm, 1200×1200 mm, 1500×1300 modules are arranged in a checkboard format. The modularized system is easy and quick to install, as well as easy to maintain. In addition, various forms of design can be used to implement optimized structures for clean room applications

SQ-PIPE is aesthetically pleasing after construction and easy to CLEANING - Higher work efficiency compared to C-Channel in the site by field workers

C-CHANNEL, Short & long TYPE MOULD BAR

The upper bracket of long and short bar type has higher strength than DIECASTING.
- The upper fixed bracket of the mold bar is cheaper than the DIECASTING unit price
- Easy to cut out the foreign mold bar cutting at the finish.
